INTRODUCING THE LOOP CUP
ABOUT THE LOOP CUP
The Hevea LOOP CUP is a menstrual cup with a ground‐breaking design ‐ both in product and packaging ‐ that brings a new level of softness, ease and increased comfort for women while also providing an eco‐friendly and sustainable alternative to other menstrual cups on the market. Made from natural rubber, plastic‐free, vegan and compostable, it's a fantastic solution for your body and for the planet.
Natural rubber is very flexible and gentle making the LOOP CUP comfortable, healthy and safe to use. Its unique shape makes it easy to fold and insert, and the characteristic loop‐shaped stem allows you to remove it easily.
Each cup comes with its own stylish and practical handmade storage pouch made from upcycled cotton/linen. The pouch can hold up to two LOOP CUPS. Small and discrete, it is the perfect size to keep the cup protected in your bag when you are on the move.

HYGIENE
The LOOP CUP should be cleaned in hot/boiling water and must not be cleaned in a microwave or dishwasher. Before first use, it should be sterilised in boiling water for a couple of minutes. When not in use, the cup should be kept in a clean and dry place. If the cup feels sticky after cleaning, it means that the material has begun decomposing and it is time to replace it. It is recommended that the LOOP CUP be replaced every 1 to 2 years.

THE LABIA FOLD

HOW TO USE THE LOOP CUP
INSERT & WEAR First, make sure the cup is sterilised and your hands are clean. Wet the cup with a bit of water for easier insertion. Relax and insert the cup gently. Once the cup is in place, let go with your fingers and let it ‘pop’ open. If you feel any dents or folds on the base with your finger, it means that the cup has not unfolded properly. Try to tilt or rotate the base of the cup slightly to adjust. When it is in place, pull on the loop stem slightly. If you feel some resistance, the cup is placed correctly.
REMOVAL The Loop Cup can be used for up to 12 hours – even during the night. Once you have tried it a couple of times, you’ll know how often to empty it depending on your flow. Once ready to remove the cup, make sure your hands are clean. Relax and pull the loop stem gently. Use your stomach muscles to push the cup down until you can feel the base with your fingers. Gently squeeze the base to release the vacuum and slide the cup out from side to side.
EMPTY & WASH Empty the cup into the toilet and rinse thoroughly with warm water. Re‐insert or sterilise in boiling water for 3-5 minutes before storing in the Loop Cup pouch.
