Shipping & Delivery (Wholesale)

Processing times

  • Orders typically dispatch within 2–3 business days. Peak seasons or large orders may require additional time.
  • We’ll send tracking details when your order ships.

Minimum order

Wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order value of $250 AUD.

Shipping methods & charges

  • We ship within Australia via reputable carriers. Freight is calculated by weight/volume, destination, and service level.
  • At our discretion or on request, shipments may travel by road, air, or pallet freight. Pallet deliveries may require a receiving dock or tail‑lift.
  • If you wish to use your own carrier account, please provide details when placing the order.

Delivery

  • Delivery estimates are indicative only and not guaranteed. Remote/regional addresses may experience longer timeframes.
  • Authority to leave may be provided at your risk. Redelivery or futile delivery fees charged by carriers may be passed on.
  • Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive goods during business hours.

Risk of loss and title

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide (or on collection by your carrier). Title passes upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Damage, loss, and shortages

  • Inspect deliveries promptly. Report shortages or incorrect items within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Report transit damage within 7 days with photos of the outer carton, labels, and affected items. Retain packaging for inspection.
  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve issues and arrange replacements, credits, or refunds as appropriate.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

5. Shipping Addresses

  • We only ship to physical street addresses within Australia.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status with the carrier.

Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours of shipment.

7. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the item is handed to the shipping carrier. After this point, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit. This statement does not limit your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

  • Inspect your package upon delivery.
  • If the package is damaged, do not accept it or take photos immediately.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We'll file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

9. Delivery Issues

If You Don't Receive Your Order

  • Check the tracking status on the carrier's website.
  • Wait the full delivery window before contacting us.
  • If the package shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or household members.
  • Contact your local post office or carrier.
  • If still unresolved, contact us at admin@theworldofgood.com.au with your order number and tracking information.

Incorrect Address Provided

If you provided an incorrect address:

  • Contact us immediately. We may be able to intercept the package before delivery.
  • If the package is already delivered to the wrong address, we cannot be held responsible.
  • You may need to pay for re-shipment to the correct address.

10. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Australia.

11. Large or Fragile Orders

For large or fragile items, we take extra care in packaging. If you have specific shipping instructions or concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
