FLAT PACK INSTRUCTIONS

When you order Re­‐Play recycled retail packaging, it will come flat packed to minimise shipping costs. Each type of retail packaging is made from recycled card that has been custom designed to fit each specific product perfectly so that it can be hung for your retail display. Flat packed retail packaging is available for small bowls, divided plates, no­‐spill sippy cups, tumblers, snack stacks and utensils.

Re­‐Play retail packaging is easy to assemble in just three easy steps:

  • Gently push the flat packed sleeve apart to create space for the product
  • Insert the appropriate product into the space created
  • Gently push any retaining corners in until they “pop” into place

INFANT SPOONS

This retail packaging is designed specifically for three infant spoons in the colour of your choice plus a free travel case with an extra green spoon. Stack the three spoons and slide into position, head first, through the left hand side of the packaging, push the heads through the hole in the top of the packaging and rotate the handles inwards. Secure the spoons in place by pushing in the retaining left hand corner. Open the travel case, insert the remaining green spoon and close the case. Slide the filled travel case through the right hand side of the packaging and push it upwards through the other hole on the top of the packaging. Push in the retaining corner to keep it in place.

BOWLS

This retail packaging is designed specifically to display 3 Re-Play Bowls in colours of your choice. Stack your three bowls together and insert them into the sleeve from the side. Gently push in the 6 retaining corners (4 on the bottom and 2 on the top) to hold the products into place.

SNACK STACKS

This retail packaging is designed specifically to display 2 or more Re-Play Snack Stacks in colours of your choice. Unfold the packaging into its 3D shape and insert one snack pod base (no lid) into the packaging from below. Secure in place by screwing the lid on to the bas through the cardboard. You can attach as many subsequent bases as you like.

DIVIDED PLATES

This retail packaging is designed specifically to display 3 Re-­Play Divided plates in colours of your choice. Stack your three plates together and insert them into the sleeve from the side. Gently push in the 6 retaining corners (4 on the bottom and 2 on the top) to hold the products into place.

NO-­SPILL SIPPY CUPS

This retail packaging is designed specifically to display 2 Re-­Play No-­Spill Sippy Cups in colours of your choice. Sippy Cup lids and bases are packed separately. Slide the Sippy Cup lids into the packaging and then screw the corresponding bases on through the cardboard holes tightly.

TUMBLERS

This retail packaging is designed specifically to display 3 Re-­Play Tumblers in colours of your choice. Gently open the centre circle flap from the top of the packaging, keeping the lower edge attached while unfolding the rest. Stack the three tumblers and insert them from the top through the hole. Close the centre circle back across the top.

UTENSILS

This retail packaging is designed specifically to display 4 Re-­Play Spoons and 4 Re-Play Forks in colours of your choice. Stack the spoons and forks separately, and insert them either side, head first, into the sleeve and rotate the bases inwards. Gently push in the 2 retaining corners to hold the products into place.
