Wholesale Accounts

To qualify for a wholesale account, you must be a legitimate business with a valid ABN (Australian Business Number). We reserve the right to verify this information and reject applications at our discretion.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that:

  • Product images will appear exactly as displayed on your device
  • Colors will match perfectly due to screen settings
  • Descriptions are 100% accurate or complete

Terms of Trade (Wholesale)

1. Application and scope

These Terms of Trade apply to wholesale supply of goods by The World of Good (we, us) to approved retail customers (you). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Account eligibility

  • Wholesale accounts are available to bona fide retail businesses in Australia. We may request ABN and business details.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or cancel an account at our discretion, including for misuse or overdue accounts.
  • Minimum order value: $250 AUD per order unless otherwise agreed.

3. Orders and acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept when we issue an order confirmation or dispatch the goods.
  • We may reject or cancel an order (with a refund where paid) if stock is unavailable, pricing is in error, or fraud is suspected.
  • Backorders or partial shipments may be used to fulfil your order efficiently.

4. Pricing, taxes, and changes

  • Prices are in AUD and, unless stated, exclude GST. GST will be added where applicable.
  • We may update prices, product specifications, and ranges from time to time.
  • Promotions and discounts are subject to stated terms and availability.

5. Payment terms

  • Orders are prepaid unless you have an approved credit account. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
  • We may charge reasonable fees or suspend supply for overdue accounts. You agree to pay all collection costs reasonably incurred.
  • We may apply payments to outstanding invoices in our discretion.

6. Delivery, risk, and title

  • Delivery estimates are indicative only. We’re not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
  • Risk in goods passes on delivery to your nominated address (or collection by your carrier). Title passes on receipt of full payment.
  • Please inspect goods on arrival and notify shortages within 3 business days and transit damage within 7 days.

7. Returns

Change‑of‑mind returns are not offered for wholesale supply. Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items will be handled under our Refunds & Returns Policy and applicable law.

8. Warranties and the Australian Consumer Law

  • We provide goods in accordance with any manufacturer warranties and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • For consumers, statutory guarantees apply and cannot be excluded.
  • For business purchases under AUD $100,000 not for resupply, certain ACL guarantees may also apply. Goods acquired for resupply are generally excluded from ACL consumer guarantees.

9. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability for non‑excludable conditions or warranties is limited to replacement of the goods, supply of equivalent goods, or payment of the cost of doing so.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from your use or resale of the goods, except where the ACL requires otherwise.

10. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in our brands, images, texts, designs, and materials remains ours or our licensors’. You must not reproduce our IP without written permission, except as reasonably necessary to market and sell genuine products you purchase from us.

11. Marketing and privacy

We may reference your business name or logo as a stockist, and may communicate with you about products and promotions via email or SMS where you have provided consent. Marketing is conducted in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 and our Privacy Policy. SMS subscribers can opt out by replying “STOP” (standard message and data rates may apply); email recipients can unsubscribe using the link provided. You can also request removal by contacting us.

12. Platform relationship

Our store runs on Shopify. Your use of the site is also subject to Shopify’s acceptable use and platform terms to the extent they apply.

13. Prohibited conduct

  • Misuse of the site, including attempting unauthorised access or interfering with security.
  • Use that infringes IP, is unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive.
  • Use that introduces viruses, bots, or scraping that degrades service.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (for example, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, governmental action).

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our site at the time of order will apply to that order.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The World of Good, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damages arising from your use of our services

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The World of Good from any claims, damages, or liability resulting from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  • Your use of our services

14. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

  • You lose the right to use our services
  • You remain liable for all outstanding charges
  • Your right to use our content ends immediately

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The World of Good regarding your use of our services. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state or territory where The World of Good is headquartered.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Advertising and Marketing Compliance

We use advertising and measurement tools such as Facebook/Meta (including Pixel and Conversions API), Google Ads Remarketing, Instagram, and TikTok to deliver and measure ads. Use of these tools is further described in our Privacy Policy.

  • We may share identifiers (for example, cookie/device IDs) and hashed contact information with platforms to create or exclude custom audiences, measure conversions, and improve ad performance.
  • You can control personalised ads via: Google Ad Settings and Facebook Ad Preferences.
  • Marketing emails are sent in accordance with the Australian Spam Act 2003 and always include a functional unsubscribe link.
